Nick has worked in the retail financial services sector for the past 21 years.
Most recently, Nick was a partner in the advisory business of KPMG LLP, supporting Insurance and retail banking organisations with a variety of regulatory driven change projects.
Dr Marigo Raftopoulos Customer Experience and Gamification
A Doctoral researcher and designer in human-computer interaction and gamification. Marigo develops visual and intuitive customer interfaces for marketing, sales, communication, learning and knowledge sharing.
This enables Lime to enhance customer experiences through the use of engaging digital interfaces. Marigo has more than 20 years’ experience in strategy and innovation in global management consultancy practices across a wide range of industries as well as with KPMG and TAL.
IT Strategy and Delivery
Until 2013 Tim was Group Vice President of the EMEA region for the Oracle Communications Global Business Unit responsible for Global accounts including Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, Etisalat & Telefonica. Before leaving Oracle, he was on the core Global Management Team overseeing internal Business Strategy including Product Development.
Tim has a wealth of experience in the software industry including roles at Digital Equipment Corporation (now Hewlett-Packard), IBM, Sema Group and i2 and provides invaluable insight into Lime’s proprietal digital ecosystems.
